Trillium provided hardware consulting and project management services, as well as supply and installation of doors, frames and hardware to this 26 story office tower, which was designed to LEED Gold for new construction.

The tower is linked to 25 York St, Union Station and the underground PATH network with a new pedestrian bridge, complete with 4 pairs of fully electrified stainless steel doors and fire rated stainless steel side-lights.

The base-building standards include Sargent Signature Series cylinders and designer Studio leversets in brushed stainless steel.

All hollow metal frames are full height with a custom shadow-line profile, while base-building washrooms have full height solid walnut wood frames and walnut doors. Over 550 openings were supplied and installed by Trillium.
