Trillium provided full pre-construction door and hardware consulting services for this this 31 story, Gold LEED-Certified addition to Toronto’s skyline at 25 York St.

Once the ground was broken, we supplied and installed doors, frames and hardware for over 1100 base building openings, as well as 8 floors of office space for the flagship tenant, Telus.

In addition, Trillium was contracted to supply and install toilet partitions and accessories for all base building washrooms.

Since the completion of the project, we have also outfitted several of the tenants who rent space in the building.

Notable openings from this project include a bank of fire-rated, stainless steel  doors with magnetic locks, auto operators and electrified exit devices that links Union Tower with Union Station and the Air Canada Centre.
