Trillium provided hardware consulting services and specifications to meet European Building Codes. All schedules and specifications were provided fully bilingual in both English and French to assist the constructors onsite. The project, once completed, included over 3500 openings.

The project is located 90 km from Casablanca and includes a luxury 500 bed hotel, 8 restaurants, a night club, conference facility, and luxury casino, which features 400 slot machines and 60 gaming tables.
