Wood Doors

Trillium's fully bonded 5-ply wood doors are available in oak, maple, cherry or hardboard.  You can save time and money by having Trillium prepare your doors for hardware or glass lights before shipping, which ensures a perfect fit at the installation phase.

Our decorative laminate doors are particularly durable and do not display the visual inconsistencies or typical wood veneers.

Our standard hardwood veneer doors have flat-cut running book matched veneers and come with a 12" bottom rail to permit field trimming.  You can choose from our 30 standard finishes or have Trillium match your custom sample.

Fire ratings of up to 90 minutes are available.

Stocked doors can ship the next day, while shop-finished doors usually ship in 3-5 business days.

Wood Frames

We manufacture our own line of reveal and wrap-around door and sidelight frames.  Choosing our pre-designed wood frame system eliminates the need to create working drawings, which saves you time.

Trillium's standard wood frames have a sleek, stopless sidelight detail. All door frames and sidelight frames are made from solid veneered MDF material  and can fit any wall thickness.

Select one of our 30 standard finishes or have us match your custom sample.

Making these wood frames ourselves allows us to guarantee consistently high quality and fast lead times.  Unfinished frames can be shipped in 3-5 days, while 10-15 days are required for products in our standard finishes.  Ask your Account Manager for lead times on orders with custom finishes.

Pre-finished Steel Frames from Timely

TIMELY frames are an economical choice because they are installed after walls are painted and carpet is laid. Doors, frames and hardware are all installed at the same time, so you save on installation charges.

In addition, they:

• have a factory-applied polyester coating, offering better impact resistance than field painted frames;
• are ideal for both steel stud and drywall construction;
  
• are as strong as three-piece hollow metal KD frames;
  
• are easier and faster to install than conventional hollow metal frames;
  
• are available in a large range of standard colors and unlimited custom matching.

Hollow Metal Doors & Frames

Trillium manufactures hollow metal doors and frames in a newly added 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.  Our shop team has over 50 years of combined experience in metal works, ensuring your orders are manufactured with superior levels of professionalism and attention to detail.

Standard sizes can be quick shipped, while custom orders typically take 10 to 15 working days from approval of shop drawings.  We also offer pre-machined doors and frames, round or arched windows and frames, bullet resistant products and non-standard sizes.
