Designing

Our staff includes certified hardware consultants, door specialists and engineers who have an intimate knowledge of opening design.  We take the time to create detailed designs or double-check your existing documents to ensure everything comes together flawlessly at the installation stage.

Schedule, Specification and Budget Writing

We write schedules for hardware, doors and frames.  These documents list an opening's function, hardware requirements, and door and frame type and size.  Trillium will also help you specify the exact products needed for each of your openings and create a detailed, descriptive budget for your order. In most cases, we will write your schedules and specifications for free. To learn more about scheduling, you can read our on-line tutorial or view sample hardware or door and frame schedules.

Installation & Maintenance

Trillium can deliver, install and maintain any of the products we sell.  When we write your product specifications, we back your openings with our Total Opening Warranty, which includes hardware, door and frame maintenance.  Therefore, if an opening isn't functioning properly, you only need to place one call.

Building Code Consulting

Trillium can help ensure your designs meet applicable building code requirements.  We can double-check existing designs, create the documents from scratch, or answer any questions you might have about building codes.

Educational Seminars
